new shape of fitness
New Shape of Fitness is a successful fitness program for women between the ages of 20 and 55 with a BMI of 30 or greater. This program is geared to women who are uncomfortable in traditional exercise programs because of their inability to “keep up.” New Shape emphasizes that “anything is better than nothing” when it comes to exercise and that it’s “your pace, not a race!” In addition to easy to learn and simple to do exercise routines using aerobics, weights, resistant bands, and yoga, New Shape of Fitness includes weight-loss education and support. All exercises can be modified to meet your unique fitness needs.

Fall Session begins Tuesday, September 13
Classes are held every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6 - 7:00 p.m
Education sessions are held from 6:45 - 7:15 p.m. on 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month.
FEE: $10 per month—includes childcare.
Free for low to moderate income women!

Monthly fee waived for low to moderate income women.
